ACTIVITIES:

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB officers will meet Wednesday after school in Ms. Miller’s room. We will be discussing our by-laws so you must attend. Miller

SKILLS USA meets Wednesday at 12:10 in Mr. Gopp’s room. Gopp

CWC UPWARD BOUND students meet Wednesday during lunch in room 4 at the Career Center. Nirider

CAN HALLOWEEN PARTY Friday from 6-10 p.m. Must be in costume. We will have pizza and prizes. Eckley

NHS nominees please remember that your nomination materials are due today to Mr. Stoehr or Mrs. Kirkland. Late applications will not be accepted. Kirkland/Stoehr

LAST CHANCE and reminder that interviews for seniors completing portfolios independently are Wednesday. There are still a couple of spots left. Santee

BOYS SOCCER will have a meeting today in room 25 at the Career Center right after school. If you are interested in playing this coming spring, please attend to discuss the winter schedule. Cornejo

DUE TO parent/teacher conferences tonight, drama rehearsals for Property Rites and Check Please are canceled. Please pick up a rehearsal schedule for this week from the drama room. Thornton

DRAMA: There will be a general drama club meeting Thursday at lunch in Mrs. Thornton’s room. Anyone interested in attending state drama this year must attend. Please bring your lunch; we will start at 12:10. Thornton

STUDENTS: if you would like BOCHES to pay for the December 13 ACT, you must submit a paper registration form to us by 5:00pm this Friday. This applies only to those students who have not yet taken advantage of this opportunity. BOCHES will pay for either the “ACT plus writing,” or the ACT only, whichever the student chooses. TODAY’S TIDBIT: Chewing gum for over 20 minutes a day stresses your jaw bone. But, if you chew a piece of sugarless gum for just a few minutes helps to clean your teeth.
