STARS OF TOMORROW - The signup sheets for Stars of Tomorrow can be picked up at the front desk at RHS or at the Career Center. Signup sheets must be turned in by Feb. 2. THE SKI TRIP to White Pine has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 24. If you were signed up last time, just be sure to sign up at the office. If you were unable to attend last month and can go this time, pick up the information at the front desk at the HS or from Mrs. Hughes at the Career Center. Pinedale has had lots of snow so the skiing should be great. Hughes

GEAR UP STUDENTS that received a notice don’t forget to be at the Career Center this morning for your trip to CWC for College Day. Pettit

HEY, go to the south end of the commons area and check out the new ping pong table. You may check paddles out at the guidance office. It will cost you 50 cents for a ball, but if it comes back undamaged, you get your money back. You will need to leave your ID until you turn everything back in. If you want to bring your own paddles, you are welcome to do us. Please take care of the equipment and the table so that we have it to use for a long time.

CLOSE UP: KTRZ money and forms need to be turned in Monday during a lunch meeting in Mr. Chouinard’s room. This is a mandatory meeting, no excuses, be in attendance. We will collect all KTRZ materials, collect final payments from those going to D.C. this year, set up KTRZ Radio Day work schedules and set up Pizza Hut Pizza Night. All members need to attend this meeting, bring a lunch as this meeting will take most of the lunch hour.

TODAY’S TIDBIT: It is good to eat whole grains in your diet every day like brown rice and whole wheat breaks. Plain popcorn is also a whole grain you could eat.
