HEY RHS! Get involved! We want you to join student council! Student council elections for class officers for the 2011-2012 school year will be Wednesday, May 4th during homeroom. Each class elects seven council members: a class president, vice president, secretary and four representatives. If you can commit to weekly meetings and want to help plan school and community activities, run for a student council office. Election forms are at the front office. Please complete the form and turn it in to Ms. Richmond, room 102. The forms are due to Ms. Richmond by the end of the day on May 2nd. Richmond

STUDENTS: FINAL CHANCE! This is your final chance to order this year's yearbook. I am NOT ordering extra yearbooks so there will be very few available when they come in. BUY it NOW. You will be delivered a slip of paper this week if you HAVE NOT purchase a yearbook. You have until May 1 to do this. Yearbooks are $45 and need to be purchased at the front office. Ask Ms. Kirkland if you have any questions. Kirkland

STUDENTS: For our Earth Day service project today, most home rooms will be cleaning up yards or picking up garbage. Please bring a pair of work gloves. Ask your home room teacher for more details about your assigned project. Miller
ACT REMINDER: Friday is the last day to submit paper registration forms for the June 2011 ACT (and have BOCHES pay for it). Guidance
CHEERLEADING TRYOUTS will be held May 2nd through May 5th. Practice time 6:00pm to 7:30pm and will be held at Lincoln School. Practice wear is black shorts and a solid white top. Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail with bangs out of your face. Hope to see you there! Walker/Peart/Giddings
