STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS RIVERTON HS MON., 4/4/11 ACTIVITIES: Tuesday – Boys/Girls Track @ Worland, TBA SENIORS: Jostens will be here to deliver graduation announcements on Thursday. You need to pick up your orders in the Media Center from 11:00-1:00. Asay-Glenn CHOIR: Any students interested in auditioning for next year's Concert Choir need to see Mr. Dalton sometime this week to set up an audition time. Also, any students wanting to audition for Jazz Choir need to sign up for an audition time this week in the choir room. Dalton BEADING: After school in the Media Center is the RHS Beading Class. Come and learn to make earrings, bags, moccasins, and learn about the culture behind it. We provide all materials and teachers. It’s fun and open to students, parents, anyone who is in District #25. Come and bring a friend today and every Monday from 3:35-5:30pm. If you have questions please contact Mr. Hernandez or Mrs. Maulik. Another contact is Mrs. Baltes at Ashgrove. (We have ALL ages). Come and look in the display case to see some of the items we have been making. Maulik THE KEY CLUB Spaghetti Dinner has been cancelled. Hopefully it will be scheduled for a later date. If you purchased tickets please see the member you bought them from for a full refund. Sorry for any inconvenience. Peart CONGRATULATIONS to Kayla Baldwin for placing 3rd in the A Division of the State Math Contest held at Central Wyoming College. Thanks to all those that participated. Williams ACT/WORKKEYS TEST for juniors will be given on Wednesday, April 27. Juniors, please be at the high school by 7:45am, a free breakfast will be provided and you will report to your testing room by 8:00. Testing will be completed between 11:30 and 12:00 and all juniors are then released for the day. You may return for afternoon classes, but are not required to do so. All other student’s, grades 9, 10, 12, will not report for morning classes. Busses will run as necessary at 12:00 and lunch will be available for the normal fee at the Career Center beginning at 12:20. You need to report to 5th hour as usual at 12:55 and we will have a normal afternoon schedule. If you need bussing, please contact the bus garage at 856-3623 to make arrangements. Flanagan BLOOD DRIVE is Wednesday from 2 to 6pm. You may donate at age 16 with parent permission. Everyone must bring a picture ID. You can still sign up at the guidance office.
