SENIORS: The scholarship deadline for the University of Wyoming is February 1st. The application is available on the UW website. If you have any questions, please see your counselor. The scholarship deadline for Central Wyoming College and Casper College is March 1st. Applications are available on their website. Guidance

ATTENTION ALL ENROLLED TRIBAL MEMBERS! Would you be interested in attending a Summer Youth Leadership Challenge hosted by Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas? This is open to student’s grades 9-12 for the 2010-2011 academic year and you must be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe. This takes place June 6-12, 2010 and is free! Yes Free! There is an application process that starts with getting an application package from Mr. Hernandez and deadlines are approaching so hurry and don’t miss out on this great opportunity. Hernandez

ASVAB: There is a sign-up sheet in the Guidance Office for all students interested in taking the ASVAB (Armed Service Vocational Aptitude Battery) exam February 18. The test is an entry level requirement for those interested in the military. Although the ASVAB is offered by the military, it is also used as a tool for all students looking to explore a variety of careers. The test will be administered in Mrs. Rivers' room (259) at 8:00 a.m. The deadline to sign up will be February 12th. Irvine

SENIORS: Please put your nominations for Senior Class Graduation Speaker, in the box located at the Main Office. All nominations must be in by February 4. Also, Seniors who sent in a late cap and gown order please do not worry if you receive a letter from Josten’s saying your order was too late. The cap and gown order has been taken care of but each student is responsible for anything else ordered through Josten’s. Adels/Asay
