CANCER HERO: Riverton’s Hats Off for Hope Gala will be held March 13. During the event a presentation will be made to a Fremont community cancer hero. A committee of sponsors will select this special person from those nominated by friends and family. All cancer patients are heroes. There will also be a wall to honor all nominated. Please help us find these courageous people and their stories by filling out a nomination form. Forms may be picked up at the high school office. Nomination forms must be turned in by February 15.

RED FRIDAYS: the Military Science class has put together red ribbons for students to wear on Fridays in support of our Military Service members. The ribbons will be in a box at the high school office for students to pick up. Myers

SCHOLARSHIPS: WY Game Wardens Assoc. is offering two $350 scholarships. These may be used at any trade school, or college. Deadline is March 1. A $1,000 scholarship is available through the Department of Energy. You must have a permanent disability and plan on attending a Montana School. The deadline is April first. Both scholarship applications are available on the guidance counter.
