CLOSE UP: if a trip to our nation’s capital in Washington, D.C. this spring sounds like something you would like to do, come to the Close Up reorganizational meeting Thursday during lunch in Mr. Chouinard’s room, 104. If you cannot make the meeting see Mr. Chouinard Friday morning before school at 7:45. You need to attend one of the two meetings if you want to be involved in fundraising or participate in the spring 2010 trip. Mr. Chouinard would like to send a special invitation to our foreign exchange students to attend this meeting and get information about a trip that will provide memories for a lifetime. Chouinard

WOLVERINE READERS: We will have the Wolverine Reader Club annual kickoff party in the Media Center during lunch on Thursday, September 10th. Pizza will be provided and we will explain the club happenings and vote on officers. REGISTRATION FOR DUAL CREDIT courses will be held on Monday, Sept. 14 and Wednesday, Sept 16 from 2:30 to 5:30 in the Media Center. If you are planning on enrolling in courses in math, Chemistry, Physics or English IV, you will need to have completed your Compass or ACT test. If you have any questions, speak with your teacher or your counselor. Guidance

KEY CLUB is already off and running with this year's activities. It is never too late to join. This week half of the club will be assisting with open house and family fun nights at two different schools. Jackson goes from 6-7 PM and Aspen Park goes from 5:30 to 7 PM. Please report to Mrs. Hughes or Mrs. Peart at either location. If you can't make either of those we will meet at the Career Center following the open houses. Hope to see you there. Hughes/Peart
