ACTIVITIES:

JUNIOR CLASS meeting in the art room Tuesday at 7:45am. Gray-Sinner/Stevens

ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery): this test is on Feb. 23, 2011 @ RHS; meet by the counselor’s office at 7:45 a.m. The test will take approximately 3 hrs. This test is for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. This test is not only for those thinking about joining the military. If you are unsure of what you want to do in the future this test will show you what your interest are and what it takes to get the job you want. You can go online to get practice test for the ASVAB. Contact Mr. Irvine or Officer Myers if you have any questions. Myers

ATTENTION SENIORS: Friday, February 4th from 9:00 - 2:00 CWC will be hosting Scholarship Day. Various scholarships require interviews or auditions and will require that you schedule a specific time to attend. Please check out the list of these scholarships on the senior hall bulletin board. SENIORS: The representative from Jostens will be here to deliver class rings on Wednesday. He will be outside the guidance office during lunch from 12:10 to 12:50. If you ordered a class ring, please pick it up at that time. Asay-Glenn

STUDENTS 14 years and older, the National Outdoor Leadership School is offering scholarships for the Rocky Mountain summer course. This includes backpacking, horse packing, rafting and leadership skills. Applications are available on the guidance counter. Hurry, the deadline is Feb. 7th.

THE ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE from Eastern Wyoming College will be available to meet with students on Wednesday at 9:00am by the Guidance Office. Guidance

THANKS TO EVERYONE for your participation in the Health Fair on Wednesday. Hopefully everyone learned something new. If you see any of our exhibitors around town, please be sure to tell them thank you for coming to share their expertise with us. We had several door prizes donated. The following people need to come to Mrs. Hughes office in the Career Center to pick up your door prize: Macey Fegler, Jerin Cooper, Madison Johnson, Shianna Littleshield, Ashley Glynn, Shay Drewry, Jordan Pfennig, Landobar Wiltshire, Krunal Patel, Anthony Blueford, Cole Stewart and Cole Crippen. The winners of the Ipods are: Senior - Rachel Miller; Junior - Serenity Lamb; Sophomore - Tate Hopkins; and Freshman - Rachel Graham. The grand prize winner for the Wii and Wii Fit Plus which was drawn from everyone who received 100% on the scavenger hunt is Mathilda Sernstad.
