STUDENTS: It's that time of year again!! The Kiwanis "Coats for Folks" is approaching. Please go through your closets and sort out the outgrown or no longer used coats that could help keep someone warm this winter. Please run any coats/hats/gloves or mittens that you wish to donate through the washer and then bring them to school to deposit in the box by the front desk. There is a box at both the HS and CC. The event will not take place till Nov. 13, but now is the time to donate. Thanks for helping out!! Hughes

BLOOD DRIVE: It is that time of year again. The first Key Club Blood Drive of the year will take place on Thursday in the Career Center. It will go from 2 PM until 7 PM. You may now donate at age 16, with parent permission. The sign-up sheet is on the counter at the Guidance Office. You may sign-up and get your permission form at the same time. Just be sure to bring the signed form and your driver's license with you. Please be sure you read through the requirements carefully. You will be sent a reminder the day before the blood drive to remind you of the event and your sign up time. Our goal is to collect 30+units of blood. Hughes/Peart

BLOOD FACT: If all blood donors gave at least twice a year, it would help curb blood shortages.
