RHS H.O.P.E.: RHS Students helping our peers endure. This is a community service project, where a group of students meet to solve a community problem. Get 5-7 students per team and come and see where it will take us. Teams are forming now, so if you are interested in being on a team, please see Mrs. Maulik in the Media Center.

GET OUT, GET IN SHAPE AND HAVE SOME FUN. Saturday, Oct. 30 at 10am, RHS Track and Field. 2nd Annual 5K/10K Halloween Pumpkin Run/Walk. Awards will be given for top finishers and best costume. All participants will receive a T-shirt. All proceeds go to the RHS Cross-Country Team. $18.00 and $8 for each additional family member. Register between 8:30- 9:30am on the day of the run. Get entry forms from Coach Gopp or any cross-country team member. Gopp

ALL INDOOR/OUTDOOR TRACK ATHLETES need to meet at the Career Center at 5:45pm today to help with the Stadium Bond. Gopp

ALL CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS: season awards will be Thursday, 6-7pm, in Aspen Park Elementary Cafeteria. Please turn in your uniforms ASAP to Mr. Gopp. Gopp

STUDENTS: It's that time of year again!! The Kiwanis "Coats for Folks" is approaching. Please go through your closets and sort out the outgrown or no longer used coats that could help keep someone warm this winter. Please run any coats/hats/gloves or mittens that you wish to donate through the washer and then bring them to school to deposit in the box by the front desk. There is a box at both the HS and CC. The event will not take place till Nov. 13, but now is the time to donate. Thanks for helping out!! Hughes

SOCCER: There will be a brief meeting for girls’ soccer at the beginning of lunch today to talk about the Laramie trip. Permission slips are due by Tuesday. Freshmen in Ms. Santee's room, everyone else in Mr. Bergstedt's room.

CLOSE UP STUDENTS this is your last week to sell your raffle tickets. You may turn them in this week before school, at lunch, or after school to Mr. Chouinard. (Be responsible). There will be a full club meeting on Monday, Nov. 1, for absolute final turn in of money and stubs. At this meeting Mr. Chouinard will need to know who is going on the trip in April as deposits are due in mid-November. All club members need to be present. Chouinard

HEY RHS! Get that Halloween costume together! Student council is sponsoring a costume contest. Categories include: Funniest, Scariest, Most Unique, Best Group, Best Homemade, and Best Overall.
