ACTIVITIES:

OPERATION GRADUATION 2009: Sign up now! If you turn in your registration form by Friday, May 15 you will be included in the early bird drawing for three $50 cash prizes. Operation Graduation is Sunday, May 24 from 9pm to approximately 4am at the RHS gym. Seniors – just for showing up you are guaranteed a free drink from Back Country Mud Espresso, an event photo by Lehman Studio and entertainment, food and beverages. If you stay all night you are guaranteed a door prize worth at least $30, a copy of your senior video and a water bottle. Office

CAN is sponsoring an XBox Tournament for Spring Fling. Any student interested may sign up in the CAN room. Space is limited. Cost is $2 per student. Reddon

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB will meet Monday after school in Ms. Miller’s room. Miller

STUDENTS: The Riverton Branch Library is hosting the "Books in the Bank" summer program for teen readers. You can earn 1 book buck for every two books you read or 4 mangas you read. Book bucks can be used to pay off overdue fines, buy prizes, and buy tickets for a grand drawing. The grand drawing will include an electric scooter (Razor E300), an X-Box 360, a $100 gift certificate to Books and Briar, and a $75 gift card to Game Stop or Maurices. Join at the public library June 1st - July 31st. Morrison

PARKING: Next Friday, 5/15, the far front parking lot nearest the Riverton Middle School needs to be open for regional track parking. Students may park in the senior lot in back of the school on that day. Bauder

STUDENTS: next Wednesday, 5/13, a representative from the Air Force will be here to talk to the Military Science class at 7:00am. All students are welcome to come and listen. We will meet in Mr. Parry’s room #138. Thanks.
