ATTENTION ALL SOPHOMORES: If you have not signed up to help with the Spring Carnival, please see Mrs. Iden in room 139 or Mrs. Nimmo in room 129. This is your fund raiser for your Prom and Graduation, come and do your part. Help sessions are only for an hour and a half and we need your help. If you do not want to miss a minute of the carnival fun, sign up to help clean up. We need strong young men to help set up the inflatable’s right after school and some to help take them down after the carnival. Iden/Nimmo

EXCITEMENT IS IN THE AIR! Spring is being celebrated this Friday night at our Spring Carnival. There will be the following inflatable rides: Rockwall Slide, Obstacle Course competition, Bungee Run, Fun Slide, and a fun bouncer. $10 for a whole night of fun. There will also be carnival booths @ 25 cents a booth and an affordable dinner concession stand. Plan to bring all your friends and support the Sophomore Class Fund Raiser. A.C.T.: CWC Gear Up will make sure you’re ready by offering an ACT Math Prep Workshop FREE to high school juniors and seniors. Workshop date and location is Saturday in room CW125 from 9am to noon. ACT exam day is April 4. Don’t miss out on this opportunity. Office

KEY CLUB - we need more people to work the Blood Drive on Thursday. Please see Mrs. Hughes to sign up for a time. Hughes/Peart

BLOOD DRIVE - We still have room for people to sign up. They have added another staff member to this drive so there are more slots available. Stop by the counselor's office and sign up. If you are 16 or 17 you need parent permission and must meet the weight criteria. Check out the chart on the counter. Be sure that you drink lots of water the day of the blood drive and bring your ID with you. Hughes/Peart

TIDBIT: How much Calcium do kids need? If you are 9 or older you need 1300mg a day. You can get calcium from milk, cheese, and yogurt or even cooked while beans. Try to eat 3 servings of foods a day that have calcium.
