ATTENTION ALL SOPHOMORES: If you have not signed up to help with the Spring Carnival, please see Mrs. Iden in room 139 or Mrs. Nimmo in room 129. This is your fund raiser for your Prom and Graduation, come and do your part. Help sessions are only for an hour and a half and we need your help. If you do not want to miss a minute of the carnival fun, sign up to help clean up. We need strong young men to help set up the inflatable’s right after school and some to help take them down after the carnival. Iden/Nimmo

EXCITEMENT IS IN THE AIR! Spring is being celebrated this Friday night at our Spring Carnival. There will be the following inflatable rides: Rockwall Slide, Obstacle Course competition, Bungee Run, Fun Slide, and a fun bouncer. $10 for a whole night of fun. There will also be carnival booths @ 25 cents a booth and an affordable dinner concession stand. Plan to bring all your friends and support the Sophomore Class Fund Raiser. This Friday in the RHS gym. Iden/Nimmo

A.C.T.: CWC Gear Up will make sure you’re ready by offering an ACT Math Prep Workshop FREE to high school juniors and seniors. Workshop date and location is Saturday in room CW125 from 9am to noon. ACT exam day is April 4. Don’t miss out on this opportunity. Office

BLOOD DRIVE: The Spring Key Club Blood Drive is coming!!! And, this time around we have a big CHANGE. 16 and 17 year olds may now donate with parental permission. If you are 18 or older you do not need permission, it is entirely up to you. There are some limitations however, for your height and weight. Stop by the counseling office and check out the chart. If you are eligible, please take a permission slip and reserve your spot on the sign-up sheet. The actual blood draw will be on Thursday from 2 to 7 PM. Our goal is to collect 30 units of blood. We will get a reminder to you the day before. Please be sure to check out the other donor qualifications before you sign up. If something comes up and you are unable to donate the day of the draw, please let us know so that we can find another donor. Hughes/Peart

TIDBIT: Good sources of Vitamin C are oranges, lemons, grapefruits, strawberries, tomatoes, and potatoes. Foods with a lot of vitamin C when eaten with meat or beans helps the body also get more iron.
