ACTIVITIES:
Friday – Speech @ Green River, JV/V

WRESTLERS: beginning of the season meeting is today at 6:00pm in the Career Center. All Wrestlers need to be in attendance with a parent or guardian. NO Exceptions will be made. Parry

BOYS BASKETBALL open gym today from 6:00-7:00pm @ RHS Gym. There will be a meeting today after school in the gym for all students interested in playing. Barlow/Bell

OPEN SOCCER for all soccer players from 3:45-5:00 Mondays-Thursdays on the turf field as long as weather and daylight permits. Bergstedt

CLOSE UP STUDENTS: All students who will be going to Washington, D.C. Close Up must meet with Mr. Chouinard today at lunch to begin registration process and select Close Up week this spring. If you are not there, you will not have input into our week of participation. Chouinard

KEY CLUB: We will meet tonight at 7 PM in the Career Center. We have many activities coming up, so everyone needs to be there. This is the "bring a friend" meeting carried over from Key Club Week. We will have games and food following the meeting. Hughes/Peart

CAREER INTERNSHIP STUDENTS--time logs and assignments are due at the next meeting, Tuesday, Nov. 18 @ 7:45am. Santee

UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING APPLICATION DAY: Any senior wishing to apply for admission to the University of Wyoming, as well as discuss scholarship opportunities, please sign up on the sheet provided on the counter of the Guidance Office to meet with the admissions representative on Wednesday, Nov. 19 between the hours of 8:00 -3:00. Guidance

HEY SENIORS, we have 3 new scholarships, all with January 29th deadlines! Come by the guidance office to pick up your applications! Guidance
1. Troy Yost Art Scholarship: $1,500, you need a recommendation from your art teacher
2. Walter Urbigkit Aviation Scholarship: $500, you must be planning on studying aviation
3. Fred Earl Native American Scholarship: $500, you must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0

SENIORS interested in attending Northwest College in Powell next year should complete the online scholarship application and the scholarship day registration form. Deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 18. Several types of scholarships are available. Scholarship day takes place Monday, Dec. 1st. Website is: www.northwestcollege.edu/scholarships.

SENIORS: there are 4-year music scholarships available at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. See Mr. Hageman for further details and applications. Guidance
