STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS RIVERTON HS MON., 5/17/10

ACTIVITIES:
Friday: Graduation practice, 12:30pm, RHS gym


SENIORS: you may start picking up your graduation tickets today from Mrs. Weber at the Career Center. Also your graduation fee of $35 needs to be paid by Friday before graduation practice. You will not receive your cap and gown until your graduation fee is paid. Also, seniors participating in state soccer or track need to pay your fees and pick up your cap and gown from Mrs. Weber at the Career Center before leaving for state.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB meets today at lunch in Ms. Miller’s room. Miller

ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF are cordially invited to the Riverton High School Vocal Pops Concert which will be tonight at 7:30pm in the Middle School Multi-Purpose Room. Performing will be the Mixed Choir, Concert Choir, Jazz Choir and some individual solos. Admission is free. Dalton

STUDENT COUNCIL: For the class of 2013: The 2010-2011 class president is Kristen Wederski, the vice-president is Tori Stanek, Miranda Hosking is secretary and sophomore reps are Morgan Hinkle and Jada Hernandez. If you are interested in being a sophomore representative next year, there are 2 spots available. Please see Ms. Richmond ASAP. For the class of 2012: The Junior class president is Dani Skaggs, vice president in Shay Stanek, secretary Kayla Baldwin and representatives are Zach Zenk, Macey Fegler, Shayden Coulsen, and Logan Ridgway. For the class of 2011: The senior class president is Kiah Mills, the vice president is Sereah Carr, Jocelyn Wright is the senior class secretary and the representatives for the senior class: Gabby Robles, Emily Davis, Joe Wille and Parker Walton. SPRING FLING IS TODAY. It will begin after home room with a free lunch for everyone. Go out the back doors toward the senior parking lot. Activities will begin at 12:30pm or shortly after. Hopefully there will be something for everyone. We will be giving away some awesome prizes at the end of the day. You must go to the ticket booth, which will be at the sun screen table, get a ticket, write your name on the back and deposit it in the jar. We will be drawing at about 3:30pm. If you are not present, you cannot win. Remember that your attire must be school appropriate. Guys, you must have shirts. Girls, if you wear a swim suit, you must have a cover up over it. Naturally that will not apply while you are in the pool for relays. If you are wet, please do not enter the building until you are dry. The commons area rest rooms will be open. All others will be locked and off limits. Health Committee
