STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS RIVERTON HS THUR., 8/27/09

WORK EXPERIENCE and CAREER INTERNSHIP STUDENTS: Please be sure to turn in your course paperwork to Mrs. Santee by Friday. If you did not receive paperwork, but are enrolled in one of these courses, please see Mrs. Santee ASAP. Also, Mrs. Santee has a list of teachers for any Career Internship student who has not yet found a mentor. Santee

GET INVOLVED and get in shape, Wolverine Cross-Country is off to a great start. We need more students to join the team. We meet in the hall by the locker rooms every day at 3:45. See Coach Gopp or Mr. Bauder for information. Gopp

REMINDER: the CAN Room is open during lunch and after school till 5pm. If you would like to become a member see Mrs. Eckley or Mrs. Reddon. Reddon

RHS VOLLEYBALL team is looking for a manager. Please talk with Coach McNamee if you are interested in applying for this position. McNamee

COME OUT AND JOIN the most active club at RHS - Key Club. They meet every Thursday at 7 PM in the Career Center. Come this week for games and root beer floats. Homecoming is early this year so we need to get started on our planning. Hope to see you there. All Board members, please be there at 6:30 PM so we are ready to go for the meeting. Hughes/Peart
