ATTENTION SENIORS: give your ideas for class song, motto, flower, and guest speaker by filling out a form at the front office of the high school and Career Center. You have until Friday to give your ideas. Kirkland

All NHS Junior and Senior members are encouraged to attend a meeting at 7:45 am in Mr. Stoehr's room on Wednesday. We will be discussing Christmas Good Samaritan ideas. Kirkland

ONLY ONE WEEK to go on the walking competition. Be sure that all steps are turned in to Ms. McNamee in room 106 by noon on Monday, Dec. 17. Which team will win? Keep on walking!!!!! Hughes

CAREER INTERNSHIP STUDENTS: Final assignments and extra credit assignments are due Wednesday. Santee

GEAR UP & ETS students are invited to Mrs. Rivers’s room for a lunch activity on Wednesday during lunch. Roger Melton will be giving a math workshop and providing ACT information. Lunch will be provided. See Mr. Bell if you have any questions. Pettit

RIVERTON WOLVERINE AFGHANS: the sophomore class is selling very nice afghans with either a Wolverine or an R/Paw in the center. You can see the afghans in the hall by the Academic Coaches room. The cost is $35 each and they would make great Christmas gifts. We are taking preorders that will be here in time for Christmas. See Mrs. Griffin, Mrs. Iden or any sophomore class officer. Griffin

DECORATE THAT DOOR! Christmas Door Decorating Contest – judging will be Thursday during 6th period class. Fabulous prize for the best Christmas Movie themed door. Richmond

GET INVOLVED; get into the spirit of the season! Donate new and gently used books and stuffed animals to the Media Center Book Drive. Your name will go in the box for free weekly drawings, and then your club will be entered in the sled race to win a pizza party or cash award. Please bring in your donates thru next Thursday. INDOOR TRACK meeting on Thursday at 4pm in the Career Center commons area. Please be on time, this is a mandatory meeting. Any student interested in pole vaulting for outdoor or indoor track this year needs to see Mr. Gopp before Christmas break. Gopp
